By booking with Vee Dazzled Nailz, you acknowledge and accept my policies and procedures.

Please note that I am not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Vee Dazzled Nailz do not issue refunds for any services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, its required that you return to the salon so that your nails can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction within the two days only.

Cancellation Policy

It's required for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in a 30% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. When you book an appointment less than 24 hours of service you forfeit your right to reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrival

I want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, so I allow for a 10-minute grace period for late arrival. If you are going to be late, please call us so that I can adjust my schedule. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. If you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of all services booked.

No-Show

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. No Exceptions.

Walk-Ins Welcome

While I encourage scheduling an appointment, I do welcome walk-clients, however, it is based on availability.

Appointment Refusal

If the safety of myself or client is at risk, or rude/obnoxious behavior, I reserves the right to stop service at any point during the appointment.

No Extra People

My policy strictly prohibits extra people at your appointment. Seating is limited and is reserved to patrons only. This policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience.

Booking Fee/Deposit
